89 650sx, on the dock after about an hour of use. $20 from a yard sale, and about $150 later after registration, new battery, and some gaskets, it was together. Took about 5 or 6 hours of put together time.

After the ski was together, starting fluid, and it fired on second or third crank. Few more times, and it was running on fuel. Dropped in the water that evening for a quick test, and this is taken the next day.

Engine, back together. Started with carb, head, cyl base, exhaust and a few other random parts in a bucket. New battery, plugs, base and head gasket, and nuts to hold on the head were only new parts needed

Stock flame arrestor and Jetsport head

Jetsport head. Know nothing other than it appears higher compression than stock.

New plug would be good, outside of the rubber edge is missing.
